'The Clone Wars': Simon Pegg to Appear As Character From 'Empire Strikes Back'

Entertainment Weekly announced Wednesday that Simon Pegg will appear on Friday's episode of "Star Wars: The Clone Wars."

The 42-year-old actor will be playing Dengar, Darth Vader's bounty hunter hired to track down the Milennium Falcon. His character will join Boba Fett, Bossk and Asajj Ventress to protect a shipment sent from the interior of a planet.

But despite being added on the list of actors who have contributed to the Star Wars saga, he, like many, has strong feelings about "Star Wars: Episode I."

"Enjoyed Hugo, despite almost being ruined by Phantom Menace 3D trailer," Pegg tweeted last month. "Come and revisit the most disappointing 2 hours of your life, in 3D!"
